Structure,
held to a higher standard.
NFG ADVISORS, LLC is a holding company and corporate office group headquartered in Midvale, Utah — providing governance, centralized administration and subsidiary management across a family of regulated and operating entities.
The charter's three articles.
Every entity under the parent sits under one of three offices — structure defined in the charter, administered from one headquarters.
Financial holding entities
Bank holding companies, financial holding companies, savings & loan and thrift holdings, and agreement corporations — offices of record maintained by the parent.
Article II · Operating holdingsNonbank & utility holdings
Insurance, public utility, railroad, personal and nonbank holding companies — ownership structures held under a single corporate umbrella.
Article III · AdministrationCorporate offices
Centralized administration, headquarters functions and subsidiary management offices — the operating layer that keeps the group coherent.
One office,
one record.
NFG ADVISORS, LLC exists to hold and administer — not to speculate. Each subsidiary or holding entity under the parent operates on its own balance sheet, with its own officers and its own obligations; the parent's job is coherence: one set of books, one governance calendar, one record.
From the Midvale headquarters the group maintains corporate offices, district and regional functions, and subsidiary management — the unglamorous machinery that keeps ownership structures legible to auditors, regulators and counterparties.
The holding company model rewards discipline over activity. What we don't do is as deliberate as what we do: no trading desks, no retail operations, no products — structure, kept properly.
"A holding company earns its keep in the minutes, the filings and the records nobody sees."
NFG Advisors · Managing principleBy-laws of the office.
Three articles that govern how the group runs.
Each entity, its own books
Subsidiaries keep independent accounts, officers and obligations. The parent consolidates — it does not commingle.
One governance calendar
Board meetings, filings, renewals and audits run on a single group calendar administered from the Midvale office — nothing lapses unnoticed.
Minutes, not memory
Decisions are documented at the time they're made — resolutions, consents and registers kept current and retrievable.
